Topic: After further research, it has become clear that the site you have selected for your new facility used to be a gas station. There’s a nearby estuary that you are interested in protecting and have some remediation to perform. In a concise and effective manner, convince your boss of:
A) What should be done to the site to prepare for building,
B) What site design features will help protect the estuary,
C) What technology should be included to maximize water efficiency, and
D) How your answers from A, B and C will affect employees, the operating costs of the building, and the local ecology.
