Policy Memo–Page Limit
You are writing a memorandum to the State Department of Education, President of a School Board, or the Federal Department of Education on an issue that has policy significance for Latino students. For example, you may select in issue related to state financial aid, the implementation of Common Core in schools, tuition hikes, etc. and the impact of your issue on Latino student success in an aspect of the educational pipeline. Your task is to also provide recommendations on how the state or national entity address this issue to increase educational outcomes for Chicano and Latino students.
