Let’s consider the following aspect: I have a colleague who was hired by a company that has a culture similar to that of Google. The dress code is relaxed, and processes are left to each department. In other words, there is little structure. My colleague finds it tough to work here, stating that he likes an organized approach.
What do you recommend for him? Is quitting the smart answer?
