Given the ethical constructs from your readings, analyze the ethical management practices of two different, past ACTUAL (factual) dilemma. These must be circumstances from real, documented research about an organization or firm, not from your personal experience, and not from generic or case study sources.
What went wrong? How well did management deal with the problem? What could and should management have done differently?
Note: Do NOT analyze a theoretical concept or text example of an ethical dilemma.
